Great question. I would probably say one thing I didn't know until the time was that for 2nd and 3rd grad placements, we could have input into preference which was great (i'm not sure what the process is now, but that was when I was on the grad scheme). Also the amount of opportunities available once working within LBG is fantastic. Hope that helps.
