I have the same question as Franci M. for the Finance graduate scheme - can you share if you had any difficulties when you started the programme and how did you overcome them?

Manager - FP&A Commercial Banking Finance

Hi both, probably balancing work and study. The expectation is first time passes on all exams and settling into a new job / large organisation at the same time can be challenging. However, loads of support is available to you & appreciation of your responsibilities is available from your line managers

Finance Graduate

Hi both, Great question - I started on the Finance Graduate scheme in September this year

I would completely agree with Fisayo, I definitely found the biggest difficulty was juggling settling into a new city, a new role and starting the qualification. However, the support has been incredible, which has made it so much easier to settle in.
