Finance Graduate

Hi James, I am on the Finance Graduate scheme and am currently studying CIMA. I find studying alongside work challenging, but it is definitely manageable. I usually study after work, but as i can do this virtually, i save a lot of time as i don't have to commute and i can attend classes online. We receive plenty of study leave which helps too!

Hi James, I am applying for the Finance Graduate scheme, do you see the option of studying virtually permanent or is this an alternative for the meantime due to covid ?

There have been no final decisions around working virtually permanently. At the moment LBG is working towards a hybrid way of working meaning some requirement in office.

Hi Fisayo, thanks for answering, what about in terms of the professional qualification can that be done all virtually?

It will depend on your qualification. I done CIMA and all my studying was done virtually (this was pre-covid) .
I know ACA was in person classes. However, there might be virtual possibilities due to the pandemic now, would be one to follow up
