Hi Jonathan, for me the graduate scheme was different to my expectation in two folds
1. Less bureaucratic than expected - i was under the impression that life in banking would mean no personal life, i was definitely wrong!
2. Continuous development - every day is literally learning on the job which i didn't really expect.
