I'm applying for the risk grad scheme. what stands out about the role?

Hey Bilal, for me what stands out is the fact that on the scheme you get to complete placements across such varied areas of risk, so get exposure to a lot of really interesting areas. As a result you get to learn a lot of different skills and capabilities which are very useful for your career!

Thanks for your answer rhys. while you're here, is there anything you wish you prepared for before hand before joining the LBG Risk Management grad scheme?

Honestly no not really - because risk management is so broad, it's difficult to come into role prepared for everything. I think the only important thing is to have a pretty good understanding of the importance of why we manage risks and think about what some of the risks the bank may be facing - having fresh insight is always appreciated!!
