Are there opportunities for women with childcare responsibilities to work condensed or less hours on graduate schemes?

Within Lloyds there is support for flexible working, which does include support around childcare responsibilities. This is reviewed on a case by case basis, but for the graduate scheme in particular a part time basis would unfortunately not be possible.
