Hi, Thank you for your question. For the data management/strategy you dont need to know technical skills completely, but it would be beneficial if you knew basics of python or SQL as they are now included in the initial assessments for the graduate scheme. I would recommend using the Early Careers Assessment Preparation Zone ( Lloyds Banking Group Preparation Plus) to get an idea of the assessments.
