Accounting and Finance Degree

Ahhhh, I see. I have both eyes firmly locked on this apprenticeship (Accounting Professional and Finance Degree Apprenticeship (England))! I have registered my interest already.

I am currently looking for a job. I have no finance experience (but I am good at Maths). I want to gain some experience in the Finance sector through a job so that I can be ready for either Lloyds' apprenticeship or another one if it doesn't materialise in a year or two.

I feel like the best way to be prepared for something like this would be to work for Lloyds, until an opportunity arises... That way, I can learn finance (if such a job exists within Lloyds), be warmed to the company, and be a little more knowledgeable about the way Lloyds works before the apprenticeship materialises. This would be my dream come true!
