Hi, apologies for the slow response. I've not been at the bank long but from what I've seen, I would say LBG have a very open and inclusive culture, and so view diversity as a vital part of the overall culture. Across the group we have a range of diversity networks which support colleagues across many areas such as gender, sexuality, disability, race and family life. The site below has more on LBG & what we're doing in terms of diversity: https://www.lloydsbankinggroup.com/careers/culture-and-inclusion/diversity.html
