Do graduates work more with other graduates or already established teams?
Additional information
Do graduates tend to be put in a team together to work on projects, or are they more spread out among other already established teams?

Hey Hugo, you'll be with already established teams giving you the opportunity to learn from and work with more experienced colleagues. Generally there tends to be two grads in a team in our year so you get to collaborate a fair bit. The grad community is also pretty close so you'll definitely be making a lot of friends.

Completely agree with Jithin, just wanted to caveat this with the fact that your cohort will be larger than ours so there could be a different spread of grads across the teams :)

That's what I was hoping, thanks guys! As a follow up question, are there any social events or anything like that organised for the grads, or is that left up to them for the most part?

Last year we had a Grad Christmas Ball and in the first few weeks there were social events put on by Emerging Talent to help us mingle, but since then we have been working to try and plan our own stuff. We also have a newly formed Grad Network Team created by graduates for graduates who have reps at each national hub to help you get to know each other :) hope this helps!
(the Christmas Ball was with all graduates across all schemes - not just SwE!)*

Yepp as max mentioned, and also the grads tend to meet up on our own pretty often. You generally get to know the others in your cohort and hub location pretty quickly

That's really helpful and I love the idea of the Grad Network Team, thank you both!
