When I joined the graduate scheme, I was attracted to the wide range of opportunities within technology, rather than focusing on the Financial Services aspect of the company. Over my time in the bank, the importance of our customers and our role as the UK's largest bank have become increasingly more central to all that we do - which can only be a good thing in my opinion. We all play our small part to make a difference and I am very proud to say that I work for Lloyds Banking Group.
