Massively! As a grad you get a whole host of support and just trying different areas is a big support as you build your network and get to see lots of parts of the Bank. Me personally, I've been on lots of courses and had an opportunity to lead various initiatives that built my brand and gave me leadership skills as well as communication. I've been 'sponsored' as part of several talent initiatives that have helped me to get my next roles and opened doors. At Lloyds we give a massive focus to supporting colleagues to achieve their ambitions whether that's getting ready for your next role, sideways or upwards or just being the best that you can be in role - it's a massive focus and I've been able to hit a senior level after 5 years in the Bank because of it!
