Finance Graduate
Depending on the graduate scheme you apply for, Lloyds will put you through training to receive a professional qualification that you will work on alongside your placements, more information is provided on the job specs. For example, in the Finance Graduate Schemes, they will put you through a relevant CA qualification with ICAS/ACCA/CIMA.
Newly-hired graduates have the opportunity to access various amounts of training. When you first join, Lloyds provides you with training on using Microsoft 365 which allows you to get up to speed with using Microsoft Teams, Outlook and Excel. As well as this, you will have access to training that you can use to learn new skills, or develop skills that you currently have!
