How do you work in a team in your job?

Thanks for your question. In my role, team work is very important. It is important to collaborate and engage with the team. It helps to discuss ideas and possible solutions with the team. Different team members have different skills and it is useful to have different attributes within the team to provide the best service we can.

Me & My team catch up regularly. I work hybrid - 2 days in the office, we have an app so we can see who is in the office and on which days and choose where we sit. Teams is brilliant and I have daily calls with many in my team and we regular meet up for face to face meetings. The sites run lots of events so you can get to know others who work at the same location as you so you not only feel part of your own team but part of a bigger family (lbg)
