Hello, I am currently working within the commercial bank within relationship management. I would say that the biggest challenge so far has been dealing with external clients, as I haven’t had that experience before. I am currently working in the real estate sector and so the rise in interests rates has caused problems for lots of our clients, going out on client meetings, understanding their needs during times of difficulties and providing the best solution has been the biggest challenge in the current climate!
