Hi Soumya, thanks for the question! For the job simulation assessment take some time apart to practice talking in front of a camera, try to be confident. Try to understand how Lloyds culture and values align with yours and to truly understand what makes you want to work here. There’s not much you can prepare but just try to relax and be yourself!
