Many of the data and tech teams work following the Agile methodology, planning work and assessing results in regular intervals - normally a couple of weeks at a time. Most teams hold their meetings online to allow for colleagues working from home or based in different offices. Time spent in the office is encouraged to be spent collaborating with the members of your team that are local to you!
