When new graduates join you are provided training on Microsoft 365 applications, Teams and Outlook to help get you up to speed if you are not confident with these apps. As well as this there is training provided to give you a better understanding of Lloyd's as whole, and how to conduct yourself effectively in the workplace.
There are also online training platforms, meaning you can also spend time learning new skills which is available for the whole time you are at Lloyds.
