What training is provided for newly-hired graduates?

This depends on the scheme I believe.

I can give my experience on the Technology Engineering scheme, where we have a bootcamp as soon as we join, lasting several weeks, teaching us things like Git, software engineering practices, Docker etc. , to bring everyone up to a good base level, even people without much computing experience.

It is also a great way to meet and bond with grads from your cohort :)

Hi, yes, as Christian said, it really depends on the scheme! For example, in consumer banking, we didn’t have initial training for everyone. However, depending on the rotation, the team would provide training as needed to ensure we fully understand and upskill in the specific role skills required.
