What skills do you most value among your colleagues?

I'd say that among my colleagues the skills that I value the most are problem solving and ability to adapt and learn new things.

We all have knowledge in certain topics but I really appreciate when colleagues are able to understand something I'm explaining to them even when they are not actively working on it, and give advice from a completely fresh point of view. Just as an example, it's not about knowing the syntax of a specific programming language but having the problem solving mindset to pick up a new one and grasp the logic of it from trial and error.
