Hi, thank you for your question. No you dont need to be 100% perfect. Be yourself and show your personality. I would say some sort of knowledge in data would be helpful as it shows your interest. I would also advise to focus on your greatest strengths/skills and link them to the questions, and have an answer for each of the LBG values/link your answers to the values. Appear confident, and don't be afraid to challenge ideas in the activities. Show that you are a good team player too! Hope that helps.
