Hi Christine, i am a finance graduate, and my favourite part of this scheme is getting to experience the different placements. I am currently on my 6 month 'Customer' placement which i have really enjoyed. Getting to undertake a role which is less 'finance focused' allows me to develop new skills and experience new areas of the bank. Within my placements, i will work in 4 very different areas of the bank - this will help me to understand the bank better and develop more rounded skills
