For the past one month and half since I have joined Lloyds, I have been trying to find my footing and learn about the organisation and my team. So far, the hardest thing has been trying to get up to speed with what my team does (I'm in Quality Engineering) and learn about the tools they use for testing and automation. Since my experience in this field is limited to what I learned at Uni, it gives me lot of opportunities to learn new things. But it can be a lot of new information to take in at once. Although, everyone from my team has been very supportive and is ready to explain and help with any problem I get stuck with, so that has helped speed up my learning.
