Hi Edoardo, the graduates that are here today are still part of the programme, but I look after this programme. Graduates are supported following the programme to find roles within the organisation. We provide a breadth of placements to allow graduates to experience different parts of the organisation to support them in the future. I was a graduate myself (albeit not within Commercial Banking) and found the programme very valuable in my career steps.
