What is a VSC? What qualifications do you need? Are there degree apprenticeships for this? What do you do in a day?

VSC stands for Value Stream Connector. This is an internal job title within the bank and doesn't refer to any specific qualification or apprenticeship. The job is related to project and portfolio management, so qualifications and experience in this field are beneficial but not required.
A typical day for me involves a lot of meetings and emails! The sorts of things I get involved with are bringing people from different teams together to understand and solve issues, providing written updates to other colleagues so that we all know what is happening, and making sure that work is delivered to required timelines.
