The first few weeks are usually aimed at getting you comfortable in the team & up to speed with the company as a whole. The first few days will be setting up tech & getting on calls with emerging talent (ET) to make sure you're comfortable and all set up, we then had talks from colleagues throughout the company to tell us about broader topics like Inclusion & Diversity, Sustainability, and our Development program. You have to do some mandatory training within the first few weeks, but its also a great time to get to know your team, find out what sort of work you'll be getting involved with and your colleagues backgrounds & expertise. If there are any particular frameworks/languages your team uses, the first few weeks would also be a great time to find some training & get up to speed :)
