Software Engineer
Hi, on the software engineering graduate scheme it's made up of 3 x 8 month placements. So you'll get 3 chances to try out a different department/team. Personally within my first placement my manager has plans to let me join two of the development (feature) teams within our team (if that makes sense?) - so I'll be working with one dev team for 4 months, and another dev team for another 4 months, both of which reside within my main team :)
