Why are all candidates in your careers promotion videos twenty something's. I thought your company was about diversity

Hi Shahid, I cannot answer your question regarding promotional videos, but I can give you some insight on my experience with diversity in LBG: From my experience on the Software Engineering graduate scheme, we have people from a wide range of ages and backgrounds. Our cohort was far more diverse than I was expecting, especially compared to the wider engineering and technology industry. Since it is a graduate scheme, the majority of others who apply and are on the scheme are in there 20s and 30s. However, as a whole you will be interacting with a wide range of people in your day-to-day role.
