Thanks for your question. The answer is yes as I think we all probably have at some point. I think the important thing is to understand why something was unsuccessful by doing a root cause analysis. Also, it is important to reflect on the successful parts of the project but to learn the lessons and share those lessons so others can learn too. I learned that preparation is key and to allocate roles and responsibilities up front. Regular collaboration and monitoring of the data is also vital. The great thing about Lloyds Banking Group is that there is always support and collaboration available.
