Have you ever had an unsuccessful project and what did you learn?

Thanks for your question. The answer is yes as I think we all probably have at some point. I think the important thing is to understand why something was unsuccessful by doing a root cause analysis. Also, it is important to reflect on the successful parts of the project but to learn the lessons and share those lessons so others can learn too. I learned that preparation is key and to allocate roles and responsibilities up front. Regular collaboration and monitoring of the data is also vital.
