Hi Wendy, definitely the culture! While applying I noticed that LBG was really supportive, and I felt like there was a good culture. This has extended onto my time on the graduate scheme, LBG as an organisation really values their employees, and everyone I have worked with so far has gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome :)
