Hi Ngan. I thought about your questions and whilst I cannot answer from a Corporate Markets perspective , I think the skills to be successful in Lloyds Banking Group are the same wherever you are in the business. You need to have values that align with those of LBG. You need to put customers at the forefront of everything you do, you need to be open minded and also innovative. Be a team player and respect others but also be confident in your own ideas.
