Do you use 'blind' CV screening, or must applicants include personal details like gender/age in the selection process?

Hi Olga, We don't use CVs at all during the process. On the application form we do ask for certain "diversity" data but this is for monitoring purposes only and not used for decision making. Yiu do not have to anser the diversity questions.
