Skills which are aligned to our values are very important at LBG! For entry level positions you are very much expected to learn on the job so hard skills are often not essential- any requirements would be listed on the job application. Other than that collaboration skills and a willingness to learn are a massive bonus

There's so many roles available at the bank so there isn't a one type fits all approach. Skills like communication and collaboration are always valued. Being proactive will also ensure you get far. Being flexible and adaptable will ensure you're able to unskill and improve your skills depending on the area you're targeting.

Thank you so much. I'm in my first year of a master degree in Finance, but i don't have relevant working experiences in the banking sector , are there anyway good chances to get a summer internship or is it very competitive ?

I didn't have any relevant finance experience either Angelo and people in my scheme have different education and career background.Internships roles will always have a high demand but it doesn't hurt to apply ð
