You will have the opportunity to work in different teams and areas of the business, each with its own unique set of tasks and objectives. This requires adaptability and a willingness to quickly learn new skills. The variety of teams you could work with means that each placement can be very different and the ways they work may also differ. However, it the rotations provide a fantastic opportunity to gain a wide range of experiences and to develop at LBG. Being proactive is another important aspect of this role but can be challenging to manage.
