What's the culture in terms of diversity?

Thank you for your question Sam. Apologies for the delayed response. LBG has a diverse and inclusive culture. To reflect our customer base in all aspects is very important to LBG and our values reflect this. Here they are:
People-first: They prioritize people to go further for customers.
Bold: Lloyds takes action and innovates.
Inclusive: They value everyone and strive for an inclusive environment.
Sustainable: The group champions sustainability to care for our planet.
Trust: Colleagues trust each other to achieve more together
I would add that these are not just words on a screen or in a booklet , in my experience the values are lived and breathed all the time. In terms of diversity and inclusivity, just one example is our Employee Resource Groups that support in these areas.
