Hey! It ultimately depends on the individual and their role type. Generally we all have development goals that we commit to each quarter and review them in 'check ins' with our line manager to ensure the type of work we are doing aligns to our development goals. Your development goals can be whatever you'd like them to be although the more extreme they are, the more difficult it might be to find opportunities to achieve them in your particular team. With that in mind it's best to have a balance where they are stretching but realistic :)
