How are graduates supported during the scheme to avoid mistakes from occurring, are there constant meetings etc?

To add to this, I have 1-1 meetings with my line manager every week. This is always a great time to chat about anything you're uncertain about. My line manager has been very supportive of any areas I'd like to develop and potentially will make mistakes in at early stages.
