Whats upsets me the most is that we had to work virtually for a whole year before people able to meet colleagues/fellow graduates in person - my most satisying moment was presenting a tool i built to a group of directors

Hi, my most satisfying moment was probably when I rolled off the graduate scheme a few years ago into my first role. I would agree with Jack the thing that has upset me the most has been not being able to collaborate with colleagues in person during the pandemic!

Rebecca - What was your first role and how did you get it? What is the process and work-life like after the graduate scheme?

My first role was within Recruitment Branding after the graduate scheme (I was on the old HR scheme), I applied via the internal job listings site and had lots of support from my manager and the Emerging Talent team in preparation.

Work-life post the graduate scheme is very dependent on the role but whilst on the scheme you are given a lot of responsibility etc. which prepares you for your roles post-graduate scheme. There is also a graduate alumni network so ex-grads often come together too!
