Lloyds has a strong focus on Inclusion & diversity. There are many networks and groups that you can join that are focussed on including and sharing experiences of people from diverse backgrounds. These networks are open to all employees to join, contribute, share, celebrate, and support the diversity at our workplace. There are many sessions and events organised to celebrate and share the experiences of people from diverse and minority groups. Although, I am a new comer and speak from my own experience. Lloyds is working towards having a workplace that reflects the diversity of Britain and its customers. I am a part of network groups like REACH (The Race, Ethnicity and Cultural Heritage Community) and Group Inclusion & Diversity to name a few. I myself came to the UK as an international student and feel very welcome by everyone at my workplace. I joined as a SE grad last year and have an incredibly diverse and supportive graduate cohort as well!
