I would just like to know more about how you are introduced to the role?
Additional information
I.e - what sort of training sessions do you do? Do you get to work on real projects early on? Are there opportunities to always progress your knowledge?

Hi! so I'm half way through my first placement & you get stuck in from day one. You will have some foundational qualifications to study for in your first rotation, but you'll be in a team & are expected to learn their technologies & ways of working too. You might do this via online learning like pluralsight, or peercoding, and you'll be given lots of support within your team too. you then will start to get tickets to complete - in my case I did a few 'fake tickets' i.e. I completed them but it wasn't up to me to deliver them, I just compared my answer with the person who had to deliver it. I did this to build a bit of confidence before taking on my own.
I also set out personal development goals & your manager will also help you out if you want to learn something alongside your role. LBG is very learning focussed company, so there's plenty of room for it!
Hope that helps :)
