Hi Lucy, thank you for your question and welcome to the live chat :) My main reason for applying to Lloyds was the learning opportunities provided by the company. On the graduate scheme we get to do multiple placements to experience different roles within our chosen business area and understand what we enjoy doing. There is a lot of support in completing relevant certifications too
and there are many tools available within the company, such as Pluralsight or Percipio for self-paced learning watching videos and completing labs about a given topic.
