How often are you expected to change location on the Risk Grad Scheme, and is there any flexibility to state preference?

Hello. Thanks for your question and apologies for the delay. I hope you have been able to ask this question during your onboarding process with us. However, my thoughts on this are that rotations are usually 6 months and there will be an expectation to get different experiences in various parts of the Risk business area. This may mean changing location. However, there are many factors that can be taken into consideration such as your interest, your development needs, the business requirements and personal circumstances. This should be discussed with your mentor and line manager. Hope this helps and I wish you every success
