This is a great question! I would say the most challenging aspect of my role is getting buy-in from the full range of stakeholders I need to engage with to successfully complete my role (Board Report writing!). As part of this, I need engagement from a wide-range of colleagues at all levels to produce accurate and representative content of a very large business. I also need to manage that engagement & navigate implementing conflicting bits of feedback. When it all comes together though, I find it incredibly rewarding, especially when colleagues think you've done a great job of articulating your story.
