The most challenging aspect of my role is managing constantly changing priorities. Our area of the business moves quickly, with new deals and tasks coming in regularly that need to be reprioritised. It's important to stay organised, maintain oversight of all ongoing work, and be able to reprioritise when necessary. This includes re-evaluating with my manager when to return to a piece of work at a later date.
