Hello! My advice would be to research the business area you are applying for. Review our website, follow us on LinkedIn and get a feel for what Lloyds Banking Group are focusing on at that time. Be yourself, and let the assessors know why you feel LBG is the right fit for you.

Enthusiasm and genuine passion and knowledge on what Lloyds do will give you an avenue to stand out. Really understand what Lloyds do, why they do it and how this fits in with their purpose. Being able to understand the banks goals and values can help you make sure your answers feel relevant.
