Hey Jonathan, still on my first rotation, but its been good, being able to gain experience in a variety of different areas that you want to and work with different teams is definitely a great opportunity.

Hi Jithin, thank you for answering. That's great to hear! It definitely sounds like a great opportunity. My understanding is that rotations can be at different locations, how does this work / how has this worked for you?

Hi Jonathan, I'm still on my first rotation like Jithin, as Jithin has said it's been great, you get a broader view of what the Group does (in Tech and other aspects). For the first placement, you will be allocated to one of the locations listed on the website, you're much more likely to be in London than other places, and at the end of the day it comes down to your discussion with your line manager, about whether you need to come in to office, whether you could stay in a different place etc. For the next placements, you get the choice to apply to specific locations (teams) I believe, and very much likely you will be placed in the preferred city/ office (if you have a decent reason); it becomes more flexible. I've been placed in London for my first placement and plan to stay, hope this helps!

Hi Laurent, thanks for your quick response! This definitely helps, and I'm glad to hear you're enjoying your time at Lloyds so far. Thanks for clearing this up and I hope both you and Jithin enjoy the rest of your rotations.
