Hi Sonali, thank you for your question and welcome to the live chat :) In my personal experience, everyone within my team treated me as an equal member from day one and they are always keen to hear my opinion. I think as someone who newly joined the company you have a really valuable insight that you can bring to the team and this is well recognised within the business.
