Do most software engineers come to the office in-person? Or do a lot work from home since the pandemic?

At Lloyds we have a 40% expectation to be in the office, for most people this means 2 days per week. You can opt to come in more than this if you prefer but many will use this as their baseline :)

Completely understand Ben I’m the same! The office is definitely lively but there are quieter spots and days to come in when you want to focus. Each hub has a team allocated to ensure the workplace is working for everyone and they put on socials / events to help you meet colleagues in your office often
