At Lloyds we have a 40% expectation to be in the office, for most people this means 2 days per week. You can opt to come in more than this if you prefer but many will use this as their baseline :)

Thanks for the answer Max, do you find the office to still be quite busy? I recognize the importance of flexibility but want to meet and get to know my coworkers at the same time!

Completely understand Ben I’m the same! The office is definitely lively but there are quieter spots and days to come in when you want to focus. Each hub has a team allocated to ensure the workplace is working for everyone and they put on socials / events to help you meet colleagues in your office often
