Company

What do you like about your job and the company?

Working on deals is highly fascinating because you get to see all aspects of the deal process which provides a great deal of accomplishment when deals are executed because you see a tangible benefit afterwards for clients. It also provides a lot of opportunities to engage with technical aspects of the job, such as financial modelling where we are forecasting the cash flow of the business to asses what debt capacity they have.

Greatest achievements

I have worked on numerous transactions that have enabled clients to receive the financing they need to achieve their growth strategies.

Curiosity drives learning and innovation. By being curious, you open yourself up to new experiences and knowledge. This means asking questions, seeking out new information, and being willing to explore unfamiliar areas. Authenticity is about being true to yourself and your values. When you are authentic, you build trust and credibility with others. This involves being honest, transparent, and genuine in your interactions. Proactive. Instead of waiting for things to happen, you make things happen. This involves planning ahead, taking responsibility, and being prepared to act. At LBG we want to see the real you, we want to see your curiosoity for the role your applying for and we want to see that your enthusiastic about all things LBG. Make sure you know our values and our strategy, that way we see you have proactively taking an interest in the company as a whole, not just the role.

From my experience resilience is the most important thing that helps me to get to the objectives. Sometimes things are not easy but if you really want something keep trying, ask for help if needed and push yourself. Don’t give up easily but also don’t be too harsh on your self when things don’t go as planned, sometimes it happens and you can’t control it. If you did everything in your power to reach what you wanted to and it still didn’t happen it wasn’t meant to be.
