Hi Ffion, thank you for your question and welcome to the live chat! In my experience there is a lot of support within the business to help you develop your skills! I have a buddy within my team to help me with on-the-job learning and senior colleagues are helping picking out relevant certifications for more formal learning. We also have access to many platforms such as Pluralsight and Percipio with a lot of video content, labs and books related to any particular topic we would like to know more about. Finally, there is also an opportunity to be mentored by a senior leader and they can help bridging any development areas to help you progress with your career.
